Recommendation – How to read the words in the New Dictionary:

A word is a vessel through which essence, energy passes. The word is never the thing itself.

What is the real “thing”? It is good to answer this question in silence.

Therefore the invitation to this dictionary is “tricky”; it seems like it tries to replace one “definition” with another “definition” but it does not. This dictionary is an opportunity to look at a word from a different perspective than we are used to. And ask what is the essence of this word, coming from the mystery? From nature? From the inconceivable knowing that everything is one, everything is motion and I am a part of it? 
From here you will find that the new “definition” sometimes sounds poetic or even irritating to the mind, because it cannot understand it. It’s OK. Let the words be a tool and listen to the energy that passes through them. That’s exactly what we came here to do.

Therapy, coming out of the knowing that everything is connected and everything is in motion:

 

Therapy happens with the knowledge that a person is a wondrous and powerful life energy who is choosing to release the familiar and known in order to allow truth to be revealed.

 

Therapy, in this sense, is more like coaching. It seeks to reveal the beauty and wisdom that are inherent in each person and are simply waiting to be recognized and embraced.

 

It aims to identify the thoughts that confuse a person, convincing him that he must be afraid, that he is not good enough and that he must protect himself and keep others from him.

By identifying the thought, a person can wake up from the story he has believed until now and live life simply, as it really is.

 

The reality created: The other person becomes a partner, working together with the person and allowing him to see the difference between truth and the story that he has been telling himself, helping him to wake up.   

 

This joint movement turns into a discovery and remembrance of truth. Thoughts are identified and slowly peeled away, leaving the person with clarify and an ability to see things correctly.

We got used to thinking that  therapy is a process in which someone who cannot help himself seeks help elsewhere. It is an attempt to fix what is damaged or deformed by moving things to a more desired state where as the current state is neither desired nor sufficient.

 

When a person goes to therapy with this mindset, he feeds the belief that he is damaged or not good enough. His belief in his own inadequacy becomes intensified, and only through his own admission that he is lacking or “wrong” will there be any hope of improvement.   

 

The reality created: A person’s reality and sense of self become based on these beliefs.

He believes that he is bad – or perhaps just not good enough – and those around him learn they must either be careful of him or care for him.

 

A person’s life is no longer simple or loving. Rather, it is complicated and demands caution.

The dance between himself and his environment intensifies the fundamental beliefs that caused this closed circuit in the first place, and there is no exit in sight.
